[dev] [dwm] cfacts pull request

Hi,

I've written a pull request that enables per-client 'cfacts'. This
allows users to modify a clients weight in the stack it is
currently located in. So if a client has an increased or
decreased weight it will be allocated less or more tab
respectively than the other clients in its stack.

Attached is the pull request and a description. Feel free to add this to
the pull requestes-section.
