[dev] [dwm] stacker pull request (client stack management)

Hi all,

I've written this pull request for focusing and pushing clients around the
stack, which is less general than the push pull request and also extends the
vanilla focus capabilities of dwm.

I'm attaching the documentation and the pull request, both of them already
patched in the sites repo.
