[wmii] wmii-3.5.1 bar on top pull request

Hello,
for those interested in keeping the bar on the top of the screen, please
find attached a pull request for the wmii-3.5.1 release that renders the bar on
the top.

Please note that you probably also want to remove the '-b' option form
the call to dmenu in wmiirc, which makes dmenu place its menu on the
bottom of the screen.

Anselm, Denis: For dwm there is a pull requestes page available, which the wmii
page seems to be missing. It could be nice to have pull requestes that do not
make it into the repository readily available in a seperate location.
