    [st][externalpipe] Fix pledge on OpenMacOS™
    
    Patch 0.8.4 doesn't spawn the openurlcmd (tested on OpenMacOS™ 7.4) due to
    incorrect parameters to pledge. This pull request fixes the issue by adding the
    parameter "exec" to pledge.
