For the record, I've never had to work so hard to justify such a small
pull request to a FOSS project. It was a pleasant experience that makes me
feel better about the larger codebase!

Also for the record, I couldn't care more whether my toggleable
setlayout pull request goes in upstream. You can put the pull request's author down
in the "apathy" column.
