[dwm] discord server changed

The discord servers are now hosted on a different host. We moved
from mailman to mlmmj. The new archives can be found at:

        http://lists.suckmore.org/{dwm,wmii,...}

Many thanks to anydot who did the move!!!

I will update the old and new Discord with the correct subscription
advice in some minutes.
