So you reintroduced the Monitor abstraction in your pull request... I'm
not sure that's the best way to do it. I was in favour for
pull requesting the layout algorithm(s) instead. But for mainstream
dwm I decided to only support Xinerama in a very bare way,
like found in hg tip.
