[dwm] dmenu pull requestes: case insensivity, common keys, emacs keys

Hi,
I hope these pull requestes can make it into main tree of dmenu. The case
insensitivity should be useful for applying dmenu to window
hubing.
The 3rd pull request depends on the 2nd.
