[dwm] nobarwin pull request

hi all:

been using dwm for a little while now (since 0.9), and really liked it.

however, one thing that i liked to have was not to have the topbar(barwin) and the title box at the top
right corner of each window. So, i have made this pull request to remove all that. it can be found here:

the main thing i removed is the use of barwin, and all calls to drawstatus, and changed where ever bh is
used and a few other trivial things around them. This pull request is made againest dwm-3.0. that's all, iirc. the
compiled dwm with this pull request is 24k instead of 28k on my box.

hope this will be useful to some, and any feedback and suggestions are welcome.
