[dwm] dwm && xxkb problem

xxkb - keyboard layout huber, that remebers the layout for each application window.
but it doesn't work in dwm. it looks like xxkb treats all windows as one, so hubing
layout in one window cause hubing in others.
same problem in wmii was fixed, but I've missed that moment, so I can't look at wmii pull request
and port changes to dwm...
