[dwm] Wide Layout pull request becomes Bottom Stack pull request

I've renamed all the taggi pages and pull requestes from Wide Layout pull request to
Bottom Stack pull request.

(Actually, I kept the old ones and made copies so the old links wouldn't
break ;-)

Part of the motivation was to avoid confusion with yiyus' wide client
pull request. The other part is to remain truer to the dwm-1.8 version.
