[dwm] jr-pull requestset up to date

Hi,
I've updated my pull requestes for tip (==386)

As the main code is far from frozen and I need to update my pull requestes
regularly, I wrote a shell script to manage pull request application (it
clone the required dwm release, then apply the specified pull requestes and
finally build it with my own config.h)

hg clone http://hg.mad.mw/dwm-jr-pull requestset
cd dwm-jr-pull requestset/
./install -r tip --dwm --build --pull request layout activetitle stdout
./dwm -v
startx ./dwm -- :3

 * make install is not performed even if the script is badly named install
 * individual pull requestes are in dwm-jr-pull requestset/pull requestes folder (by dwm release)
 * layout pull request = 2nd master window + rows/columns + master resize +
sticky master size and layout mode
