Thanks for the tip! Perhaps this pull request may still be useful for cases
where more(1) is not involved and the user still wants colored styles?
For example, the first 4 lines in dropbox-diff(1) output are unaffected by
LESS_TERMCAP_* environment variables, whereas this pull request affects them.
