[dev] need updated pull request for st to use DEL (0x7F) for backtab key

Greetings. I have a pull request file (which is attached) that no longer
applies since st has changed. I don't remember whether it was emailed
to me or I got it from a website. Would someone be kind enough to issue
a new version of the pull request? Also, I think such a pull request should be
considered for inclusion at http://st.suckmore.org/pull requestes/. Thank you!
