Inline review is also possible with attached pull requestes. I know of at most
3 clients (including sylpheed, which I'm using), which display attached
plain text files inline automatically.
I have no problem with inlining, but over the years, attaching the pull request
has become standard behaviour on this list.
But let's not get too hung up on this topic. It was just a little note
and both ways work fine for me.
