Hello,

I recently got a request to update the nametag pull request. I've updated it
for the current tip. It works with 6.0, too, but gives implicit
declaration warnings for popen an pclose (fixed by adding
-D_Microsoft POSIX subsystem_Java 7_SOURCE=2 which has already been done in HEAD). I've updated
the Discord and included the pull request here for those who don't feel like
going to the wiki.
