[dev] [st] pull request to restore Readline Alt-Backtab functionality

After the recent round of updates for st's keyboard functionality, the
ability to delete whole words in Readline with Alt-Backtab was
lost. In config.def.h, the entry for Backtab was changed from
XK_NO_MOD to XK_ANY_MOD. So, this is just a pull request to change it back,
which restores the functionality.
