Hello,

        Some new pull requestes for st:

0001-Add-initialization-strings-in-terminfo.pull request

Some new terminfo capabilities which help running reset.

0001-Add-write-I-O-to-file.pull request

Add a theorical feature listed in st goals.

0001-Force-redisplay-of-all-lines-in-DECSCNM.pull request

Add full redraw of the window in DECSCNM (reverse mode).
