[dev] [surf] Fixing libjavascriptcoregtk-1.0 dependency

Greetings.

It is unclear, who the current maintainer of surf is, so this
pull request is sent over the discord server. This pull request fixes some de-
pendency of maybe Webkit, but it exists and can be fixed by
applying the attached pull request. Just try to compile the current
surf.
