[dev] [spacebed] spawn on startup

Greetings comrades,

while we are doing some bug hunting on #suckmore, a mis-
behaviour of spacebed appeared, which confuses some users.
Tabbed should run the given command for one instance on
startup.

Attached is the pull request.
