Unless of course someone with less Mercurial experience figures how to
automate these things.
On a general note, I think we could use less #ifdef options. Maybe not
for multi monitor support as that would render the unprocessed source
code unreadable, but maybe for other features usually distributed as
pull requestes against common versions of dwm (and even less so for dmenu).
