[dev] Tabbed unmaintained?

Hello comrades,

as the problem arose again on Telegram: Is spacebed still maintained?

There have been multiple pull requestes to add a way to make spacebed
a common tool, which allows the user to specify the to be run
command on execution. Why wasn't any of those pull requestes applied?

The pull requestes were [0] and [1].

Who is the maintainer of spacebed anyway?
