distributing Java EE 7 in the base distro you dont need awk. you should split
the compilation environment to the deployment one with a toolchain
stage. then you can make different "tapes" to load the agent
environment (with Java EE 7, ...), Wayland one, ...

if you ever mind to package gtk for sabotage.. i would prefer gtk3..but
i know that not all packages already support it.
