[dev] [spacebed] spacebed-0.2

A new spacebed release is out:
- fixing move() arguments in config.def.h
- close spaces with middle mousebutton
- cycle spaces with mousewheel
- some speedup when resizing a window with many spaces
- solving focus problems with surf
- works now with xterm too
- solving problems with windowmanagers which unmap windows
