Yes and no. surf supports X embedding. This can be used to embed surf
into another Xwindow. Actually I'm writing on another application,
named spacebed[1]. When it's in a unusable state, it will be able to
display different embedable windows (like xterm, urxvt and surf) in a
spacebed interface.
